Our system consists of a base plate and a post. The posts support the wire cable at the perimeter of the building and can easily be removed and re-used on future construction projects.

42"Perimeter Protection Post

 

 

Part # 1965-10

  • Screws into any of our baseplates to provide a support stanchion for cables at 42" and 21" heights. Cable height can be adjusted using appropriate baseplates.
  • Posts provide an OSHA compliant 200 lb side load and a 5,000 lb tie off point provided baseplates are attached appropriately.
  • Locking cable guides accept cable up to 1/2" diameter.
  • Plastic sheath provided to allow easy removal of post in situations where concrete is poured around post.
  • No tools required for fast  installation and removal.

45" Universal Post

 


 

 

Part# 1965-200

 

Features mulitple toe board attachments and D-ring. Designed for the use at the perimeter of elevator shafts and stairwells.

60" Perimeter Protection Post

 

 

 

Part # 1965-15

  • Same as above but designed for Bovis Lend Lease to accommodate 60" height requirement. Provides support for cables at 60", 42", and 21".
  • Can be used as a tie-off point at or below 42 inches.
  • Optional cable attachment available at bottom of post for lower debris net attachment point.

 

Corner Post

 

 

Part # 1965-80 - 42"
Part # 1965-85 - 60"

  • Used anywhere a cable termination is needed. Typically:

1) At roof level corners
2) Around elevator shafts
3) Around stair well openings
4) On straight, long runs that require intermediate termination points.

  • Attachment points and braces swivel to adjust to any angle.
  • Braces transfer tension loads back into building.
  • Includes brace units
